I have a laser printed copy I obtained when The Plant was available online back in the 90s. I think it is entirely unfair that the remaining two installments were not available for download and print. This is not like the Master to leave his readers hanging like that. I very much would like him to consider releasing this story in the same manner as The Green Mile. For those of us who have been reading his work since the early days when he sold stories to skin mags, it would be a marvel.

Has there ever been further publication beyond Part 6 of "The Plant"?

Mr. King is my favourite author. I just can't resist his books. My favourite I think is The Green Mile which I first started buying in serial form, but I couldn't find all the parts. This was before the film was made. After that I found the complete book in my local library. Brilliant. I once bought the book 'It' and lent it out to some friends, but none of them could understand it. I tried to explain it to them but they still didn't get it. Maybe they just didn't have enough imagination. Other favourites of mine are The Stand, The Tommy knockers, Needful Things, Dolores Claybourne (hope I spelt that right) and so many others, I could go on all day. I wish Stephen all the best with his future writing. I certainly have enjoyed all of his books that I have read. Best regards, Rita.
